1. Changed the name of the 'All' category -> 'All but Status'
  2. Converted the main RSS
    feed     to use RSS 2.0 spec
    instead of the earlier RSS0.92 spec.
    Key advantage is you can see the entire content of the RSS post
    (vs. just an excerpt before) and the html of the post is encoded and
    is now rendered properly in rss browsers.
  3. Added a new RSS feed
    to just monitor Status only (RSS 2.0 spec)
  4. Added an extra test to the code so that any cat < 0 is treated the
    same as just requesting the 'All but Status' category.

If monitoring the RSS feeds, don't auto-update them more than once a hour.
