A few users in Toronto noted that the America/Toronto timezone was giving GMT time, despite the fact that Toronto isn't really that close to Greenwich...
It turns out that we had to update our timezone database, since Toronto has only officially existed recently (at least, as far as timezones are concerned). We've updated our database, so Toronto has now returned to its traditional geographic location in Canada.
